Carmel Prayer House

Today 21 February Carmel was visited by Christians of Legion of Mary from St. Kizito Parish area 47 in Lilongwe.
They came for a recollection as part of lent and preparation for Easter. Fr. Charles Jester Banda described lent as a period of awakening and repentance. Just like the prodigal son Christians ought to have time to come back to their senses and go back to God. Sin alienates us from the love of God and His graces. Fruitful lent transforms Christian life.
